We will be mailing medals the week on March 22. We will be using the mailing address in our BCOEM Registration system. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct in our system prior to March 20.

Bluebonnet Brew-Off 2021(35th Annual)
Bluebonnet Judging is officially over. We are going to go ahead and call this 2021 Bluebonnet a success.
We had over 1,250 entries. Not far off the pace of a NORMAL year, and we all know that that 2020/early 2021 was anything but that. Volunteers at Bluebonnet worked behind the scenes, because there was not much in the way of front of the scenes. There were thousands of volunteer hours put into the competition and it shows with how seamless things were.
I feel like we may be forgetting something though…. Oh yeah! Lakewood Brewery’s Wim Bens. He will still be joining us as our keynote speaker. When would be a good time? How about we bring that to you to kick off our awards.
We have more than 4 days to plan and prepare for awards, so we are certainly hoping to get things more clean that last year. Technically speaking we were fine last year, specifically thanks to Brenden Stubblefield at Texas Brewing, Inc. His podcast infrastructure made things flow smoothly.
It is still less that two weeks away. When do you ask??? How about MARCH 20TH, 2021 AT 1 PM.
How will you partake? Sign up for the Bluebonnet Brew-Off YouTube Channel as that will be the likely place for the live broadcast. If we can co-stream on Facebook then this will happen as well. More will come out as we finalize those pieces. All data will be duplicated on the Bluebonnet Brewoff website, so please check there as well.
Scoresheets will be made public via the BCOEM portal on the Bluebonnet Website, as quickly following the awards as possible.
This year we have a plan in place to ship all awards and medals by early the following week of the awards. Some clubs that are local will pick their awards up on the 20th, but all awards in possession of Bluebonnet on Sunday the 21st will be shipped.
